What You’ll Do

Build and lead the FP&A function from the ground up.

Develop insightful financial reporting packages that empower leadership to make decisions.

Oversee the entire budgeting and forecasting cycle, plus long-term financial planning.

Analyze financial data to uncover trends, variances, and growth opportunities.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.

Leverage Business Intelligence (BI) tools for advanced analysis and visual storytelling.

Monitor KPIs to support strategic alignment and performance tracking.

Present financial results and recommendations to executive leadership.

Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IT, and Operations to align business strategy.

Tackle exciting new projects and initiatives as the company grows.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with leadership exposure.

CPA or FPAC is a plus.

Skilled in financial modeling and deep understanding of accounting principles.

Proficiency with OneStream (preferred) or Hyperion/HFM.

Strong command of BI tools and advanced Excel/Microsoft Office skills.
