Pay rate: $18.97-$20.97/hr. on W2
Duration: 06+ Months with the potential for conversion
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to support ongoing business operations through accurate data input and management. This role involves entering data from both physical and digital sources, ensuring high levels of accuracy, and assisting in updating internal reports and spreadsheets. Ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess strong organizational and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter data from physical and digital documents into internal databases.
Verify the accuracy and consistency of data inputs.
Update internal reports and spreadsheets with new and corrected data.
Prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines, especially for high-priority items.
Support general data needs across departments requiring routine data processing tasks.
Required Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas).
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in data.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of data entry or related administrative experience.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate degree or higher preferred, especially in Business, IT, or related fields.
