Responsibilities
Serve as primary client liaison for U.S. project delivery
Lead cross-functional coordination between outsourcing teams and global engineers
Implement cost optimization strategies for field operations
Enforce site safety protocols and OSHA compliance
Manage equipment logistics and customs coordination
Troubleshoot operational issues with rapid response
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Required Skills
3+ years in non-standardized automation project management
Proven safety management in U.S. regulatory mechanical construction
BS in Mechanical/Automation Engineering (preferred)
PMP certification with strong data analysis skills
Cultural fluency in U.S. workplace norms
Adaptability for extended project deployments
Bilingual English/Mandarin (strong plus)
