I’m partnering with an innovative and fast-growing tech company that's making serious waves in the semiconductor test space. They're on the lookout for a talented Embedded Software Engineer to help drive development of high-performance embedded systems – think hardware diagnostics, Linux kernel-level programming, and custom driver development.
If you’re passionate about getting close to the metal and love solving real-world engineering problems, this role will keep you engaged and challenged.
What you’ll be doing:
Building robust embedded software for complex test systems.
Tweaking and developing Linux device drivers.
Working at the kernel level to optimize performance.
Collaborating with hardware engineers to bring up systems and debug low-level issues.
Working in a lab setting with real hardware, this is a hands-on role.
What we’re looking for:
2+ years developing embedded Linux systems, especially driver-level work.
Strong in C and C++; Python skills a big plus.
Experience with Linux tools like gcc, make, gdb, git, etc.
Experience with Buildroot or Yocto is a plus.
Familiarity with PCIe and hands-on computer hardware experience. (Prefered)
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
