Senior Information Technology Project Manager

Senior IT, PM - contract role - starts ASAP - 10/31/25 with possible extension

Seattle, WA - hybrid work on-site 2 - 3 days per week, the rest of the week work remote

We need an experienced project leader who can immediately step in, assess the situation, and bring clarity and control to the company-wide project.

Target Candidate

Strong project leader with experience joining projects at key junctures – aka hit the ground running

Influencer - ability to be successful with strong personalities

Large/complex system implementation experience – Payroll/timekeeping a bonus, but not required

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, especially those with strong and diverse personalities

Executive presence – skilled at upward communication and surfacing blockers and risks

Ability to operate both tactically (managing details) and strategically (reassessing critical path, adjusting scope/timelines)

Expectations/Deliverables

Schedule including identification of critical path

Project resource management (identification of limited resources and thoughtful planning to maximize input)

RAID identification and management

Facilitation of key project meetings

Status reporting
