TITLE: OCM Lead
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Contract (through March 2026)
LOCATION: Seattle, WA (hybrid)
PAY: $60-65/hour+ DOE

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking an OCM Lead for an enterprise organization located in Seattle, WA! This person will lead and execute the change management strategy to ensure successful adoption of new systems, processes, or initiatives across both IT and business functions. They will work closely with project leaders and stakeholders to assess organizational readiness, manage communications, develop and deliver training, and track progress against change success metrics.
Partner closely with Program/Project Manager and Sponsor on OCM deliverables
Collaborate with all project team members to ensure readiness and evaluate end-user readiness
Define and measure OCM success metrics and monitor change progress
Integrate change management activities into project plans, team progress, report and manage against any issues/risks
Interact with stakeholders at various levels within the organization
Develop and execute various OCM deliverables, including, but not limited to: Stakeholder Assessment/Analysis, Change Impact Analysis, Communication strategies and plans, Training strategy and plans, Post-stabilization assessments/measurements against success factors
Manage the relationship and act as point of contact with external training vendor
Deliver both Train the Trainer (TTT) and end-user courses, as needed
Build a master training schedule of courses across multiple business units
Create communication plans for stakeholders across the business, prepare necessary content, and facilitate reviews for approvals
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
4–8+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or project management
Proven track record leading OCM initiatives in large-scale IT or business transformation projects
Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with systems implementations (e.g., ERP, CRM)
Prosci Change Management Certification a plus
Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) a plus
Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus
