Role Description:

This is a full-time role as Sales Manager at Fluid Service Technologies. The Sales Manager will be responsible for assisting in generating leads, prospecting, closing sales deals, and supervising sales staff in those same areas. This role will involve conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and building relationships with customers. While the role is primarily based in Houston, TX, some travel work will be required.

Qualifications:

Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to sales team members to achieve individual and team sales goals.

Set clear sales targets and regularly review team performance against objectives.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies, processes, and training programs to enhance team productivity.

Foster a collaborative and motivating team environment that encourages continuous improvement and professional growth.

Demonstrate expertise in sales, marketing, and negotiation strategies.

Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline development.

Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.

Industry knowledge of industrial fluids or related sectors preferred.

Capable of working both independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to promote FST products and services.

Conduct cold calls to prospective and existing clients within the assigned territory.

Analyze customer needs and business challenges to deliver tailored sales solutions.

Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through effective networking and consultative sales approaches.

Engage in direct sales activities across all levels of customer and prospect organizations.

Identify and execute strategies to expand the regional customer base and convert qualified prospects into new accounts.

Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Pay:

Base Salary + Commission

Auto Allowance

Base Salary Depending on Experience – Per Candidate Evaluation

Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required; business or communications degree preferred.

Industry-related sales experience preferred.
