Erwin Electric is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee a diverse range of commercial construction projects, from temporary power setups to final punch lists. Lead Project Lifecycle: Manage all project phases from start to finish, ensuring effective planning and flawless execution.

Oversee Field Operations: Direct scheduling, procurement, and budget control for all field activities.

Manage Contracts & Changes: Handle contract modifications, track change orders, and secure necessary approvals before work commences.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate monthly draw requests.

Stakeholder Communication: Attend job site meetings and maintain clear, consistent communication with all project stakeholders.

Multi-Project Oversight: Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, conducting regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and optimal manpower utilization.

Issue Resolution: Promptly address and resolve issues related to Change Orders, RFIs, inspections, and punch list items.

Documentation Management: Create and manage Submittals, RFIs, As-built Drawings, and project Close-Out documents.

Team Leadership & Safety: Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring strict safety compliance in coordination with our Safety Advisor.Qualifications:

Exceptional time-management, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

5+ years of Project Management experience in electrical commercial construction preferred.

Electrical background required (Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred).

Ability to read blueprints, prepare construction schedules, and proficiency in project management tools.

A BS or Construction Management Degree is preferred.Other Requirements:

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Successful completion of a background check and drug screen is required.Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 annually with job bonuses based on profitability.
