We have an exceptional opportunity for a Software Support Representative to help us support and build cloud-based solutions for our growing Business Solutions practice. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our family of business applications and assistance to our customers. A qualified candidate must be comfortable troubleshooting, have a strong desire to learn, and have the ability to update their professional expertise, as new standards, technologies, and products emerge.

Core Responsibilities
Handle customer support requests
Developing personal skills to efficiently and effectively work individually and as a member of the MaxQ team
Follow established support standards
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Provide product enhancement suggestions
Create and update product documentation as needed
Install software and develop customizations as needed
Required Skills and Talents
The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with the right attitude to support business software applications. The individual must be comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
Education – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, Accounting or a related field of study.
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A working knowledge of business applications like ERP, Accounting, and CRM is required. Familiarity with SQL and programming constructs is a plus.
