What You’ll Do:
Help customers find the right vehicle with a consultative, pressure-free approach
Build relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
Stay up-to-date on vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
Meet and exceed monthly performance goals
Continuously improve through training and coaching
What We’re Looking For:
A friendly, professional personality with a team-first mindset
Great communication and problem-solving skills
High school diploma or GED (required)
Sales experience is helpful—but not required. We’ll train the right person!
Schedule & Compensation:
Hours: Monday–Saturday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (with rotating days off and Sundays off)
Earnings: $50,000–$120,000/year based on performance
