NOW HIRING: Journeyman Service Plumber

$30–$45/hr. + $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

Full-Time Report to Shop Daily McDonald, PA

We Guide, You Grow is recruiting a top-tier service plumber who can work independently, knows the County plumbing code, and wants to earn what they're worth.

What You’ll Do:

Run residential/commercial plumbing service calls

Diagnose, repair, and present solutions to customers

Use iPhone/iPad + Service Titan

Work some weekends/on-call

What You Need:

Journeyman-level experience

Clean driving record

Pass drug/alcohol screening

Customer-first attitude

Sales experience a plus

What You Get:

$30–$45/hr based on experience

$3,000 sign-on bonus
