About the Role:

Hims & Hers is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Learning Analyst / Admin professional to join our Learning & Development team. This role combines advanced data analytics with Docebo LMS administration to provide actionable insights that drive training effectiveness and organizational performance. The Learning Analyst will design and implement comprehensive reporting frameworks, develop key learning metrics, and leverage data analytics tools to transform learning data into strategic business intelligence. Working closely with the Sr. Instructional Designer, Sr. Learning Manager and cross-functional teams, this role ensures our learning initiatives are effectively tracked, measured, and optimized to meet operational and compliance requirements.

You Will:

Serve as the primary administrator for our Docebo Learning Management System, managing user accounts, roles, permissions, and organizational structure.

Design and develop comprehensive learning analytics frameworks that align with business objectives and measure training ROI.

Build, automate, and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools to track key learning metrics.

Develop and implement custom learning KPIs to measure program effectiveness, learner engagement, knowledge retention, and business impact.

Write code for data extraction, transformation, and analysis to integrate learning data with other business systems and metrics.

Configure and optimize Docebo features including learning plans, certifications, skills tracking, and automated notifications to streamline training processes.

Create predictive models to identify learning trends, anticipate training needs, and forecast skill gaps across the organization.

Perform statistical analysis on training data to determine correlations between learning activities and operational performance metrics.

Create and manage custom Docebo dashboards to provide real-time visibility into training completion rates and compliance status.

Support the creation, uploading, and maintenance of training content in Docebo, ensuring proper tagging, categorization, and version control.

Manage training schedules and enrollments through Docebo's course catalog and learning plan functionality.

Track completion rates of mandatory and role-based training through Docebo, proactively identifying gaps and coordinating follow-ups.

Troubleshoot Docebo technical issues and serve as the primary liaison with Docebo support when needed.

Present data-driven insights to leadership teams, translating complex analytics into actionable recommendations for learning strategy.

Support audit processes by organizing and maintaining comprehensive training records and documentation within Docebo.

Stay current on Docebo updates, data analytics tools, and learning technology trends to continuously enhance our reporting capabilities.

You Have:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2+ years of experience in learning analytics, data analysis, or similar role, preferably in a regulated environment.

Demonstrated proficiency with SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data extraction and analysis.

Experience building custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization platforms.

Strong understanding of learning analytics, metrics development, and data modeling techniques.

Experience designing and implementing KPIs that effectively measure learning outcomes and business impact.

Proficiency with Docebo LMS or similar enterprise learning management systems, with demonstrated ability to configure platform settings and generate meaningful reports.

Experience with Docebo's advanced features including learning plans, certifications, skills tracking, and custom reporting.

Strong statistical analysis skills with the ability to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights from complex datasets.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and VBA) for data management and PowerPoint for presentations.

Experience with documentation management systems and understanding of Good Documentation Practices.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations.

Nice to Have:

Docebo Power User or Administrator certification.

Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data warehousing concepts.

Proficiency with API integration to connect learning data with other business systems.

Experience developing predictive analytics models to forecast learning needs and outcomes.

Knowledge of learning experience platforms (LXP) and their integration with analytics tools.

Experience with Docebo integrations (API, SSO, HRIS) and custom implementation projects.

Experience with advanced Excel functions including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.

Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and other e-learning standards used in Docebo.

Experience creating custom algorithms to track skill acquisition and competency development.

Experience with e-learning authoring tools that integrate with Docebo (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).

Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory as applied in digital learning environments.

Knowledge of compliance training requirements in healthcare or pharmaceutical settings and how to implement them in Docebo.

Experience with data visualization tools to present complex information clearly and compellingly.

Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and applying data analytics to drive operational excellence.

Prior experience in a healthcare, pharmacy, or fulfillment/distribution environment.
