We are a clinical laboratory located in Dallas, TX, seeking a Detail-Oriented Phlebotomist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting and accessioning lab specimens, entering accurate lab orders, and ensuring high-quality service for our patients and healthcare partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Accession lab specimens accurately and timely.

Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection, ensuring proper labeling and handling.

Enter doctors' lab test orders with high accuracy.

Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for daily tasks.

Navigate and operate Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems efficiently.

Quickly adapt to new software and laboratory information systems (LIS).

Maintain a professional demeanor with patients and colleagues.

Track mileage per company guidelines.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Detail-oriented with excellent data entry and typing skills.

Experienced Phlebotomist with hands-on experience in specimen collection.

Experience with EMR systems and the ability to learn new software quickly.

Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.

Reliable transportation is required for travel to various patient locations.
