Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Customer Service Help Desk Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for summarizing, identifying, and troubleshooting end-user issues associated with help desk tickets. Your main objective will be to resolve issues or problems in line with the call. You will need to assess each issue effectively to determine if escalation, resolution, or further assessment is required.
What We’re Looking For:
• Customer service experience (help desk or call center experience is a plus)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to deal diplomatically and effectively with customers, peers, and management
• Basic knowledge of computer systems, including troubleshooting common issues
• Proficiency in Windows 11, Outlook, Word, Excel, and other software applications
• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
• Ability to assist customers with basic computer navigation
• Self-starter with the ability to multitask and work well as a team player
