Leasing Agent / Assistant Property Manager

Job Description

We are an Owner/Operator of Multiple Market Rate Apartment Communities seeking friendly Leasing Agent / Assistant Property Manager to join our team based in Stratford. This is a Full Time position which includes 1/2 days on Saturdays.

This position will focus all efforts on Leasing activities for multiple properties located Stratford, Haddonfield, Haddon Heights, Audubon, Bordentown and Bellmawr.

Responsibilities:

Accompany prospects to apartments and discusses and terms of lease.

Educate applicants about the benefits of our properties.

Qualifications:

Desired 2 years experience as Leasing or Apartment Rental agent

Ability to build rapport with clients

Good customer service, closing and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Great Personality

Awesome, hardworking "CAN DO" personality

Reliable transportation is REQUIRED
