Responsibilities
Coordinating with project stakeholders on details and deliverables
Assist in planning and implementation of project
Helping the Project Manager to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
Analyze data as required
Understand the scope of the project and notify Project Manager if project exceeds scope
Conduct administrative duties, such as setting up meetings and taking meeting notes
Track and report project progress to Project Manager
Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner
Utilize company tools and platforms (Monday.com, Microsoft Teams, etc.) to track, submit and store deliverables
Skills Required
Excellent written and oral communication skills a must.
Excellent multitasking skills
Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Excellent problem-solving skills
Time management skills
Agility and flexibility to rapidly adjust to constantly evolving expectations and deadlines
Ability to be a positive contributor to a team under any circumstance without getting credit for the work
Qualifications
Enrolled in business or management courses
Microsoft Office Suite
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Candidate must be comfortable working in front of a computer for many hours and standing to present in a meeting. Must be able to present with confidence and accuracy to clients, stakeholders, and team members. Must be able to work effectively, managing schedules both remotely and in an office setting to enable optimal collaboration with team members.
