Job Description

Responsible for contributing toward the development of the business growth strategies and implementing daily tactics to achieve fiscal sales objectives

Will directly supervise 6 and be engaged hands on with employee training and development

Will prepare plant sales budgets and monthly sales forecasts

Will develop new sales opportunities with current and new customers on legacy and new product introduction

Will have direct customer interaction to help build relationships be responsive to customer requests

Key Requirements

Customer account management out of an engineered product experience

Bachelor of Science degree is preferred but not required
