Analytica is seeking experienced Technical Project Managers (Data Delivery) to lead and coordinate the delivery of key technical initiatives for a high-visibility Defense Health Agency (DHA) program. These roles will be responsible for ensuring data-centric tasks are executed on schedule, technical staff are effectively managed, and cross-functional collaboration is sustained throughout the project lifecycle. The position is hybrid with 2-4 days in office in San Antonio, TX a week.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure that projects remain on track and within defined scope.
Oversee onboarding, tasking, and professional development of technical team members.
Facilitate effective communication of technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Work closely with engineering teams, product owners, and government clients to ensure technical feasibility and successful integration of solutions.
Lead scrum ceremonies and track project requirements through backlog grooming and prioritization.
Maintain and update project trackers, performance dashboards, and control systems to ensure transparency and alignment.
Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address technical issues or delays.
Supervise operational rollouts and lead support efforts for ongoing system enhancements and process improvements.Basic Qualifications (Required):
Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT); OR 8+ years of equivalent IT project management experience.
Minimum 5 years of technical experience with data presentation software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and familiarity with best practices for presenting quantitative information.
At least 5 years of experience in communicating and writing about complex technical topics for diverse audiences, including those without technical backgrounds.
Strong background in Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.Preferred Qualifications
Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification.
Prior experience supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA) or other federal healthcare IT programs.
Experience in integrating dashboard solutions or supporting cloud data infrastructure environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET Clearance
