EMS system which provides care to nearly 700 square miles of rural Texas. We are located on Hwy 290 between Austin and Houston with an estimated 10,000 requests for service (RFS) per year. The department has a fully operational Community Paramedic Program, Special Operations Division, MICU level Ground and Air Operations. We offer full tuition reimbursement, relocation stipend incentive, and over $7,500 in professional stipend incentives annually. As as one of the most comprehensive benefits package.

Paramedic: $70,794
EMT-B : $57,684
Additional stipend incentive pay for rescue credentialed employees
$1500 relocation stipend available to those who relocated into the county
