Location: Remote (US)

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work in a high-volume and multi-tasking environment without compromising accurate patient data. In addition, the candidate will be expected to demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, customer service skills, and advanced computer skills.
Must be able to understand patient needs and preferences and able to promote the benefits of scheduling for their healthcare needs.
This position is currently remote. Your training will be conducted in person (or in office). Due to the nature of a remote position the candidate must be able to communicate highly effectively via phone, email, and messaging as these are the primary communication tools for remote work.
Must have a quiet work environment along with highspeed internet. We will provide the equipment.
Primary functions & requirement:
Outbound calls to patients that are due for scheduling
Tracking Calls/Patients
Following up with patients
Schedule office visits
Schedule Procedures
Provide detailed instructions to patients
Answer patient questions
Guide patients
Document must be recorded in an Electronic Medical Record System Skills preferred:
Independent Problem-solving skills
Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
Great attention to detail
Microsoft Office, Excel knowledge
Candidates must be able to sit, wear a headset, and operate a computer for prolonged periods of time.
Pay: Position is hourly and starts at $31.00 - $43.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
