Your Role as RN Weekend Supervisor

Oversee weekend clinical operations and guide staff with confidence

Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, high-quality care

Communicate with families and support care planning

Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations

Elevate team performance with strong leadership and presence Schedule

Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Every other weekend required

A current RN license in the state of Georgia

Strong clinical background in long-term or skilled nursing care (preferred)

Ability to lead with empathy and confidence

Excellent communication and organizational skills
