Dismantling, Trim Saw & Pallet Jack Operators Pallet Refurbishing

Location: Raleigh, NC (On-Site)

Pay: $16–$20 based on experience

Schedule: Full-Time Monday–Friday Day Shift

Reports To: Facilities Manager

Our client is launching a brand-new pallet refurbishing facility in Raleigh, NC—and we’re hiring versatile Operators who will rotate responsibilities across Dismantling Machines, Trim Saws, and Pallet Jack Operations to help set the standard from Day 1. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a growing team where your consistency, safety awareness, and mechanical know-how will be highly valued.

You’ll operate industrial saws, pneumatic tools, and pallet-moving equipment to break down used pallets, trim salvageable materials, and keep production moving efficiently. What You’ll Do

Operate dismantling machines and saws to break down damaged pallets

Use trim saws to cut and prepare reusable wood components

Transport pallets and materials with manual pallet jacks

Sort and stack salvaged lumber for repair or reuse

Perform visual inspections to ensure material quality standards are met

Maintain clean and safe workstations in accordance with OSHA standards

Report equipment issues and perform basic maintenance as needed

Meet or exceed daily production targets

Collaborate with repair teams, forklift operators, and facility leadership What You’ll Bring

1+ year experience in a warehouse, construction, or light manufacturing role

Familiarity with hand tools, saws, pallet jacks, or pneumatic dismantling equipment a plus

Strong attention to detail and safety protocols

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work on your feet all day
