Job Description

MBS is hiring a CNC Service Technicians in Tallassee, AL. This position is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of 5-axis CNC machines.

Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues within CNC machinery.

Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on CNC machines.

Ensure machines are calibrated and operate to industry standards.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand service needs and provide timely updates.

Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems.

Provide technical support and training to clients when necessary.

Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Service Technician, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and repairing 5-axis CNC machines.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Experience with the maintenance and repair of CNC machines and systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status is required due to client requirements.

Experience with autoclave systems is a plus but not required.

Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting of CNC controls.
