Requirements What You Bring to the Table: + Proven experience in payroll administration, with extra credit for experience in the construction or contractor industries.
+ Proficiency in payroll systems, like ADP or Ceridian + A knack for getting the most out of reporting tools + Familiarity with benefit administration processes-bonus points for prior success in these areas.
+ Organizational skills and attention to detail that are second to none.
+ A solid understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
+ Great communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teams to make complex payroll information easy to digest.
+ Experience working through audits and reconciling payroll accounts is definitely a plus.
