SUMMARY The customer service representative will effectively communicate and coordinate with customers, sales force, coordinate production of materials as requested in a timely manner for transportation of all shipments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Communicate with customers and salesmen * Enter customer orders * Create and maintain spreadsheets for inventory * Railcar and barge movements, sales, etc.
* Month end procedures including balancing inter-company transactions.
* Closing billing * Creating reports for accounting * Research for A/R, A/P and auditors * Data entry * Editing * Answering phones Job Requirements EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or higher.
Must have one year of Customer Service experience or a combination of experience and education.
Must be able to keep good accurate records, product knowledge.
