The Eleventh Judicial Circuit Family Court-Juvenile Division is accepting applications for a Contract Guardian ad Litem Applicants must be qualified as a guardian ad litem under the laws of the State of Missouri and either be a current guardian ad litem on the St.

Charles County approved guardian ad litem list or agree to be added to the list upon submission of your application.

Guardian ad litems in the Juvenile Division provide legal representation to children in foster care, or to parents that are parties in civil child abuse neglect cases or termination of parental rights matters.

Contract guardian ad litems must sign an "Independent Contractor Agreement" with St.

Charles County.
