Are you ready to embark on a fulfilling adventure as a Direct Support Professional in our vibrant Day Program? With convenient locations in White Bear Lake and Oakdale, this DSP position will allow you to shine as a caregiver! Picture yourself making a meaningful impact while earning a fantastic $18.50 per hour.

Each day is a new opportunity to foster growth, creativity, and joy among the participants you serve. You'll laugh, learn, and grow alongside incredible individuals who need your support and compassion.

Our Full-Time DSPs work 33 hours per week (8AM-3PM Mon-Fri). $18.50 hourly with full benefits.

If you are interested in working 40 hours per week, we also now offer additional work opportunities as an In-Home Caregiver/IHS Professional in various locations and schedules around the Twin Cities. Pay is $20 hourly and requires your own vehicle and clean driving record.

Work 33 hours weekly as a DSP in our Day Program, and supplement your hours as an IHS Professional, working one-on-one with clients in the community.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
