We are urgently seeking Purchase Assistant to ensure all daily purchasing activities run smoothly and efficiently.
Job Summary Orders, purchases, receives, and is responsible for ordering.
Responsibilities • Issue purchase orders to suppliers & distributors.
• Handle goods throughout the purchasing process • Work closely with relevant departments to ensure products purchased are in line with the needs of the company • Keep accurate records of purchases made • Compares pricing from various vendors to ensure best purchasing practices.
Education and Experience • Diploma or degree or equivalent certificate • Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar role.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills, positive & professional demeanor.
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication • Basic computer skills using the windows operating system including internet, printing, and email • Basic usage of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel • Excellent interpersonal and social skills Experience: • Purchase: 2 years (Required) Preference will be given to Philippines National Lady applicants available in Bahrain and are ready to join immediately.
