Valet Attendant

As a Parking Attendant for the Hotel ICON, you will play an essential role in our Team by delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring seamless parking operations. Utilizing your driving and communication skills, you will assist patrons with parking and engage effectively with patrons. Your expertise in valet parking will enhance our service, elevating the customer experience. Responsibilities

Moving Vehicles in and out of service department

Pick up and delivery of customer vehicles

Create positive customer experiences by consistently providing excellent, 5-star service to SPS' clients and patrons

Safely park and retrieve patrons’ vehicles in designated valet parking storage area

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and good driving record

Expertise in driving and operating a vehicle

Strong customer service and communication skills
