We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry Customer Service professional to join our team in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing customer data, as well as providing reliable and professional support to our clients. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
Enter and update customer information accurately in the company database
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism
Maintain and verify records for accuracy and completeness
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
Monitor and process incoming data requests and follow up as needed
Ensure all data is handled with confidentiality and in compliance with company policies
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles
Strong typing and computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
