At Premium Personal Trainer (PPT), we are passionate about transforming lives through fitness and wellness. We specialise in one-on-one personal training, tailored health programs, and holistic lifestyle support. Our clients include busy professionals, referred medical patients, and individuals determined to reach their peak fitness goals. Now, we’re expanding and looking for a driven, enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.
What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator who is motivated, organized, and committed to delivering results. This full-time, on-site role is centered on scheduling client assessments and supporting our fitness team through strong sales and communication processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make 150+ outbound calls per day to book 200+ assessments each month
• Nurture leads using calls, WhatsApp, and email follow-ups
• Track and manage appointments, ensuring seamless coordination with trainers
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (HubSpot or similar)
• Assist in handling objections and support closing conversations when needed
• Work closely with trainers to improve conversion and show-up rates
• Continuously optimize lead follow-up strategies and improve performance
Performance Benchmarks:
• 150+ calls per day to nurture and engage leads
• 200+ assessments scheduled monthly
• Minimum 60% of leads must schedule an assessment
• Minimum 50% of assessments must be attended
• 150,000+ AED in monthly sales = 5% commission
• The CRM system must be maintained with 100% data accuracy
Ideal Candidate:
• Proven sales experience in high-ticket or consultative roles (fitness, coaching, etc.)
• Results-focused and comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment
• Clear communicator with strong phone and messaging skills
• Excellent in follow-up and lead nurturing – no lead goes cold
• Confident in handling objections and assisting with closings
• Experienced with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Passionate about fitness and making a positive impact
• 2+ years in phone-based sales or appointment setting
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding performance targets
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Background in fitness or wellness is a plus.
