Job Skills / Requirements

Schedule: Saturday-Sunday 7am-3pm

Pay: $19.50

Responsibilities:

- Provide visible security presence and hourly foot patrols to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activity throughout the apartment community.

- Document incidents and complete daily activity reports accurately and timely.

- Collaborate with supervisors, management, and local law enforcement as needed for incident escalation or emergency response.

- Enforce community rules and policies to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents and guests.
