Cleaning Supervisor (Janitorial)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise 2 union employees

Morning huddles with team for daily tasks

Track clock in and clock out time for each employee

Manage inventory levels of cleaning and consumable supplies

Request more supplies when needed

This is a supervisor cleaning position

Walk the building with the client once a week

Interact with the client onsite

Work with the Comerica FM onsite on ad-hoc requests

Inspect each area of the building daily to assure all task have been completed

Job Requirements:

Experience in a safety-focused work environment

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently

Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written

Supervision experience

Knowledge of machines and equipment a plus
