General Manager Americas
Location: Remote, with heavy travel across North and South America Dallas is ideal.
Reports To: Global Head of Sales / Executive Team
The Opportunity
As General Manager, Americas, you will be the regional leader responsible for growing sales revenue and brands across North and South America. You will drive market expansion, lead a top-tier sales team, and collaborate across functions to scale operations, revenue, and customer impact.
Key Responsibilities
Market Growth & Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive regional strategy for market penetration and revenue growth
Identify and capitalize on high-potential sectors,partners, and customer opportunities
Translate global vision into actionable regional plans
Sales & Business Development
Lead and grow a high-performing sales team across the Americas
Drive new customer acquisition while expanding business with strategic accounts
Represent Dobot in high-stakes sales negotiations, industry events, and executive briefings
Brand & Partner Ecosystem
Build brand visibility through regional marketing,trade shows and thought leadership
Forge strong partnerships with system integrators, distributors, and OEMs
Team Leadership
Recruit, develop, and manage regional talent to scale sales and operations
Foster a performance- driven culture that emphasizes accountability, innovation, and collaboration
Operations & Financial Management
Oversee all aspects of regional operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Ensure alignment between sales, logistics, support, and HQ functions
Meet or exceed revenue, margin, and ROI targets
What You Bring
8+ years in B2B technology sales, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role in the Americas
Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and building regional teams
Experience in robotics, automation, industrial tech, or hardware solutions preferred
Proven ability to lead across cultures and time zones
Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
