Compensation / Benefits
$18.08-$29.53/hr.based on previous work experience.
Evening differential $2.00/hr.
Night differential $2.50/hr.
Weekend differential $2.50/hr.

Our 5TA Medical team provides medical/surgical care to adult populations with a wide variety of complex medical conditions. We focus our efforts on restoring optimal physical and mental well-being in each unique situation with a constant goal of maintaining a safe and supportive environment for our patients. Our unit consists of 16 med/surg tele beds and provides post-op colorectal, urological, and diabetic limb care. We are looking for a high-energy LPN with excellent communication skills to join our team of healers!Job Summary
Job Summary
Performs duties of a licensed practical nurse as prescribed by the Oklahoma Nurse Practice Act.
Contributes to the development of a plan of care and follows through with such plan for selected patients.
Administers medication with a high degree of safety and accuracy.
Documents nursing care and activities.
Assists with patient care and monitors patients during procedures.
Assists the departmental assistant with clinical matters
Maintains the exam/treatment rooms and work environment.
Assists with the training of other staff.
Qualifications
Education
Completion of a vocational program for Licensed Practical Nurse.
Experience
Prefer previous hospital experience.
Previous work history reflecting stable employment is necessary.
If no work experience, will consider school attendance record and performance.
(Above requirements can be met by the equivalent combination of education and experience).
Licensure/Certification.
Current Oklahoma State LPN License.
Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment.
