Marketing Project Manager
Location: Remote (U.S.-based only; Seattle area a plus). Mostly remote with occasional in-person meetings

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager-someone who's been running complex launches, podcasts, and content calendars for 3+ years and is excited to join a small, mission-driven team. You're a sharp executor with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to keep multiple trains moving at once. This role is equal parts builder, optimizer, and project manager. You will:
Lead and manage our podcast calendar and production flow
Execute live and evergreen launches for digital courses and our membership tiers
Run and optimize email marketing, lead generation, and funnel performance
Build and maintain our marketing calendar, syncing podcast, newsletter, social, and campaigns
Coordinate execution across team members (copy, design, tech)
QA all launch and content assets before they go live (emails, pages, tags, automations)
Analyze and report on performance; lead optimizations and split testing
Align our content strategy with our paid membership experienceYou're a Strong Candidate If You...
Have 3+ years of experience managing marketing for digital brands built by a coach, therapist, doctor, or similar subject matter expert or thought leader. Healthcare experience a plus
Have led podcast launches, digital course launches, and membership funnels
Are confident in owning marketing KPIs and refining performance across email, social, and funnels
Have exceptional executive function: you build systems, meet deadlines, and never miss a detail
