A Warehouse Operator II Nights position is available at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates (SMME) in Paterson, WA. The ideal candidate for this role will have previous warehouse experience and be able to operate power equipment. The primary responsibility of the Warehouse Operator II is to safely operate lift trucks and perform various warehouse tasks as directed. This is a full-time position that supports our night-shift team and will work a weekday rotation schedule.

Warehouse Operator II job responsibilities include:

Load, unload, move, stack and stage product and materials using a forklift, clamp truck, or other power equipment.

Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly on a daily basis, inspect and maintain assigned equipment and notify lead of any material or safety defects.

Knows and follows proper procedures for changing electric lift batteries.

Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods and OSHA standards.

Other tasks as assigned.

Position Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required.

Must be minimum 21 years of age (Alcohol)

Previous warehouse and lift truck experience a plus.

Able to work in a warehouse environment.

Able to lift up to 50lbs.

Regularly required to twist, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch.

Must be capable of sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods (at least two hours straight, four times in an 8-hour day).

Ability to be licensed on power equipment.

Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

We follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in our production facilities. You will be required to follow all GMP and Safety requirements.

History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.

Your Compensation:

$18.50 - $22.15/hr. Based upon relevant experience.
