Job Title: Lead Property Manager

Salary: $68,000 - $75,000 annually (DOE)

A leading property management firm is actively seeking an accomplished Lead Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual with a robust record in property operations, team leadership, and exceptional resident relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations across multiple properties, focusing on maximizing Net Operating Income (NOI)

Inspire and lead on-site teams to meet and exceed performance goals

Execute effective leasing initiatives and impactful marketing strategies

Provide outstanding resident service and promptly address tenant issues

Train, mentor, and cultivate a high-performance team culture

Ensure all properties comply with company policies and relevant regulations

Utilize property management software (OneSite preferred) for operations and generating reports

Qualifications:

At least 6 years of experience in property management, ideally in a leadership capacity

Proven track record of enhancing NOI and property performance

Strong background in marketing and leasing strategies

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams effectively

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

Fluent in English; Spanish fluency is a plus

Experience with property management software (OneSite experience is an advantage)

Dedicated to providing exceptional customer and resident service

Compensation & Benefits:
