Role Overview

Based in our new Denver office, you'll lead and scale field service delivery across the United States, and engage with our team across the US, Australia, South Africa, Nepal and India. You'll further enhance local processes, build a high performing team in Denver, and coordinate with our nationwide field-service contractor and drone pilot networks to ensure timely, on budget asset condition surveys.

Key Responsibilities

Field Service Delivery - coordinate field-service activities, balancing cost, scheduling, and SLA priorities.

Vendor & Resource Management - coordinate external drone pilots and ground inspection contractors and ensure scopes, schedules, and rates conform with our requirements.

Team Building & Leadership - mentor and grow an operations team in Denver CO.

Cross Functional Collaboration - partner with Product on platform enhancements based on field insights and align with Sales & Customer Success to ensure exceptional delivery across the diverse network of customers we service.

Planning - forecast team staffing needs, and drive cost efficiency, along with continuing to build out our operations data model.

What You'll Bring

5+ years managing national or multi region field service operations

Demonstrable experience building a scalable operations function

Proven experience building and leading in-office teams

Vendor/contractor management background, ideally with drone pilots or similar partners

Strong organizational skills - juggling multiple projects, tight deadlines, shifting priorities

Excellent communicator: comfortable presenting to clients and stakeholders

Nice to Haves

Direct experience managing or scaling global/national drone inspection programs

Familiarity with SaaS platforms used for field service
