Facilities Manager – Warehouse & Pallet Operations

Location: Raleigh, NC (On-Site)

Pay: $60,000–$80,000+ per year (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time Day Shift Monday to Friday

Job Type: Permanent Management Warehouse Operations

Job Summary:

Our client, an established and growing industrial logistics company, is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead daily operations at a new warehouse and pallet refurbishing facility in Raleigh, NC. This is a unique opportunity to help launch and shape a new site while building a high-performing team and implementing reliable processes from day one.

This role is ideal for experienced warehouse supervisors, operations managers, or hands-on team leads who take pride in accountability, leadership, and process ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of pallet refurbishing and dismantling workflows

Hire, train, and supervise warehouse associates, machine operators, and drivers

Track pallet repair output and ensure production goals are met (300+ pallets per worker/day)

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized facility

Serve as the on-site point of contact for vendors, property management, and off-site leadership

Provide accurate reporting on production, inventory, and outbound/inbound loads

Step in to assist on the warehouse floor when needed (e.g., forklift operation, pallet moving)

Candidate Profile:

3+ years of experience in warehouse, plant, or facility supervision or management

Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

Willingness to be physically present and involved in daily operations

High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred

Forklift certification or experience is a plus

Experience with pallets, logistics, or manufacturing is strongly preferred

Ability to build team culture and contribute to long-term site success
