OverviewOur client, a staffing services provider in the hospitality industry, is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to the CEO. The Executive Assistant will be a strategic partner to a busy CEO, providing robust and proactive support. This position is 80% professional and 20% personal support. This is an in-office position located in Westminster, CO.
Duties
Act as a strategic partner to the CEO by translating high-level vision into actionable plans and ensuring seamless execution of priorities
Serve as a trusted representative of the CEO and the company brand, maintaining professionalism and discretion in all interactions internally and externally
Create PowerPoint presentations and visual materials for the CEO and the Board
Manage complex and dynamic calendaring for the CEO, coordinating across departments and with external stakeholders to optimize time and priorities including scheduling both personal and professional appointments
Arrange travel for the CEO, including detailed itineraries, reservations, changes, and all related logistics
Accurately track and submit expense reporting
Lead initiatives to improve workflows and SOPs
Provide support to the Board, including preparing presentation materials, managing logistics and scheduling, and maintaining meeting minutes
Serve as a ghostwriter for the CEO, managing email communications
Communicate professionally, ensure follow-through of action items from meetings, and anticipate potential problems before they arise
Qualifications
5 + years' experience in a senior-level Executive Assistant position or similar strategic support role in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree and/or additional certifications in business, communications, or executive support strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to partner closely with C-suite executives, especially visionary leaders, and translate ideas into action
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting professional correspondence and presentations
Strong PowerPoint and presentation design skills with a sharp eye for clarity, branding, and visual storytelling
Experience with calendar and travel management of complex schedules, including domestic travel
Experience supporting Boards of Directors or Trustees, including preparing materials, taking minutes, and using digital board portals
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail, discretion, and follow-through
High emotional intelligence and professionalism; able to build trust and represent the CEO and organization with integrity and care
Tech-savvy and highly proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Outlook) and project management or productivity tools
Strong organizational skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
