As a Lending Process Engineer, you will be the go-to expert for lending-related processes and procedures. You’ll partner across departments to ensure our workflows are efficient, well-documented, and aligned with compliance standards. You’ll support Lending team members directly, troubleshoot issues, create user-friendly resources, and lead process improvement initiatives that elevate both the team and member experience.What You’ll Do
Serve as a subject matter expert on Lending processes and procedures.
Represent Lending in project teams and mergers, ensuring smooth process integrations.
Create clear process documentation, FAQs, SOPs, and resource materials.
Support training and development by identifying knowledge gaps and providing tools to fill them.
Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues across Lending systems.
Collaborate with departments like Risk, Audit, and Business Systems to ensure compliance.
Manage the Lending Operations Manual and SOP library, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Be a daily resource for Lending team members seeking clarity or support.
Lead or contribute to special projects that drive efficiency and member satisfaction.What You Bring
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience in a process-driven role focused on efficiency and compliance.
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
