Compensation:
$85,000 per year

What You'll Do:
As the Corporate Accountant, you'll be the financial backbone of our organization and it's properties. Your expertise will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, efficient accounting practices, and insightful strategic planning support. From every angle, you'll have a hand in shaping critical financial decisions that drive the success of the organization.
You will:
Be proficient in all accounting operations including A/R, A/P, payroll, and purchasing.
Prepare payroll billing across all assigned properties to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
Develop and implement financial systems, policies, and procedures.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cash-flow reports, budgets, and variance analyses.
Provide specialized financial analysis to support a wide range of business functions and strategic initiatives.
Collaborate across departments to support data-driven decisions.
Prepare monthly reconciliations and ensure timely balancing of books and financial reporting across multiple properties.
Evaluate business strategies through financial modeling and performance metrics.
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and cost-saving initiatives.
Create operational and financial forecasts to support property-level planning and corporate goals.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
4–6 years of relevant experience with demonstrated leadership.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, IBS, and Google Apps.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
Deep understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
