Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Greeting patients warmly and professionally, both in person and on the phone

Quickly addressing or referring patient questions and concerns

Optimizing provider schedules to ensure efficient and satisfying patient experiences

Verifying financial records, collecting patient charges, and expediting third-party claims

Maintaining office collections and financial health

Explaining treatment costs and financial options to patients in an empathetic manner

Preparing patient statements and bank deposits

Ensuring familiarity with and adherence to the office financial policies and payment plans

Comforting patients by anticipating their concerns and answering questions with confidence
