Job Description
Responsibilities:
Present revenue trends, forecasts, and opportunities to C-levels and stakeholders
Coordinate with accounting teams to ensure alignment on revenue recognition processes
Lead in the monthly close process and provide variance analysis against actual result
Develop and deliver regular revenue reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Detailed feasibility studies for potential company-operated stores, assessing financial metrics (IRR, ROI, NPV) to guide strategic decision-making
Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task assignment
Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
Track project progress and produce comprehensive status reports to COO
Partner with finance, operations, marketing, and development teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, revenue management, or related areas.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, SAGE) and data visualization tools
Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct feasibility studies and assess financial metrics
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on detail.
