Job Title: Financial Analyst

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join a top-tier finance team and support strategic decision-makers. This role will focus on the Mortgage Solutions Finance team, providing analysis, reporting, and support for budgeting and forecasting. You'll collaborate with business units and help the C-suite and Private Equity owners assess financial performance while gaining exposure to the Commercial Tax business.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with finance teams on planning, forecasting, and monthly reporting.

Provide variance analysis and insights on financial performance.

Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes.

Develop financial models and KPIs to track revenue and margins.

Lead capital planning, ROI analysis, and ad hoc financial projects.

Simplify processes and improve forecasting accuracy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; Master’s preferred.

2+ years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or forecasting.

Strong communication skills, able to present financial results to leadership.

Experience with Excel, financial modeling, and analysis.

Experience with Hyperion Essbase/SQL a plus.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment

PAY TRANSPARENCY: The estimated annual pay range for this position is $90 - $100k. Actual compensation will be determined by the hiring authority and may vary depending on qualifications and other factors relevant to the responsibilities of the role.
