Welcome to Alpine Intel, a leader in the property insurance intelligence industry. We are currently seeking a Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Oxnard, CA.
This position will perform administrative and office support activities for team members. Duties and responsibilities include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Additional duties may include review and retention of various data and files received by MSSC's clients. Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Provides responsive, high quality service to MSSC's clients
Answering incoming phone calls, taking new case calls and checking for conflicts
Opening new cases into MSSC system
Filing, copying, scanning and printing materials for file
Calendaring for team members
Printing inspection photographs and preparing disks for client and MSSC file
Sending prepared materials via UPS
Researching vehicle specifications
Tagging and entering physical evidence into MSSC system;
Assisting MSSC team member's with duties assigned
Ordering printing supplies, office supplies, and materials as requested by Office Manager and engineering staff
Checking and receiving mail, depositing checks at the bank, driving personal vehicle to run errands as assigned
Reviewing and summarizing depositions from clients
Entering new contacts into MSSC system
Ordering various documents as needed
Preparing Excel spreadsheets as assigned
Closing and archiving case files
Communicates with team members throughout individual projects
Quality control of work generated, reporting to Director of Engineering
Work as a team member
Prompt professional courtesy is expected when representing MSSC
Timely submission of billing expenses and hours via Company software
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Must be adaptable with the aptitude and willingness to learn new skills and techniques.

Works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.
