An acclaimed fine dining establishment is seeking a talented Chef de Cuisine to lead a high-performing culinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced culinary professional who embodies creativity, precision, and leadership.

Position Overview

The Chef de Cuisine will be responsible for all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu creation, team management, quality control, and financial performance. The role requires a hands-on leader who is passionate about culinary excellence and capable of mentoring and inspiring a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Lead and oversee all kitchen operations in a fast-paced fine dining environment

Develop and execute seasonal menus and innovative specials

Uphold the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency

Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor kitchen staff

Manage food and labor costs within budgetary goals

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless service

Maintain open communication with ownership and executive leadership to align kitchen goals with business objectivesQualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a fine dining or luxury restaurant

Mastery of both classical and contemporary culinary techniques

Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development

Proven success in managing food and labor costs

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and kitchen inventory systems

ServSafe Certification or equivalent food safety credentials
