Responsibilities

· Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management systems
