Job Title: Mechanical Assembly Technician

Job Description

Join our team as a Mechanical Assembly Technician where you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process by assembling and labeling components, assemblies, or subassemblies. This position requires you to follow detailed instructions and ensure quality in every step of the assembly process.

Responsibilities

Follow detailed verbal or written instructions.

Perform basic, standardized, and repetitive mechanical assembly operations.

Label components, assemblies, or subassemblies accurately.

Manually assemble inserted components per visual aids after verification of specifications.

Inspect assembled parts to ensure proper assembly.

Use scanners and hand tools for assembly tasks.

Report assembly accurately.

Work under direct, close supervision of the Manufacturing Supervisor or Line Manager.

Adhere to safety rules and regulations.

Comply with all procedures within the company security policy.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Essential Skills

Experience with assembly processes.

Proficiency in using hand tools.

Ability to work in a warehouse environment.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency with hand and power tools.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Kentucky.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.
